Envirothon
The Franklin County Soil & Water Conservation District recently held their annual Envirothon Training Day at the Red Bay Outdoor Classroom in Red Bay, Alabama. This event is held yearly to prepare the Envirothon Teams for the State Competition. This year we had seven teams to participate, including two teams from Colbert County. The event was held on land owned by State Representative, Johnny Mack Morrow. Mr. Morrow has continued to be a great supporter of the Franklin County District and our efforts to conserve our resources.

Alabama Envirothon Dates: April 29 - May 1 at Camp ASCCA located on Lake Martin.
